Responsibilities The Opportunity • The Customer Development Sr. Financial Analyst is an exciting role within the PepsiCo Foods organization as it’s at the heart of the intersection of our Customer Development (Sales) and Finance organization. This role has responsibility for our sales planning and trade spending systems including analysis and controls as well as national customer team specific responsibilities. PFC utilizes a fully integrated Trade Promotion Management (TPM -) IT System (SAP) that will be at the heart of this role. Your Impact As Fin Cust Mgmt Sr Analyst your responsibilities would consist of: • Ensuring the accuracy of key financial performance metrics & reporting • Creating reporting & drive user performance to enable better business decisions for PFC & our customers • Become a TPM Power User – ensure events are created correctly and all activities are captured in TPM • Collaborate with Customer Development & Business Information Services (IT) to ensure the TPM system operates flawlessly • Ensure TPM is interfacing correctly with other IT systems • Managing period end process for assigned tasks • Managing forecast submission, analyzing trends, making recommendations • Streamlining deduction clearing process for assigned national account • Analyzing net sales drivers, trends and associated impacts • Execute the Annual Operating Plan development process for Customer Development Finance • Analyzing key national customer’s financial reporting • Ensure PFC’s Internal Control requirements are delivered with excellence – Team SOX ownership • SG&A owner for the entire Customer Development organization • Attend Customer Development national meetings/townhalls (virtual) • Assist in transition of current trade system (compass) to new SAP system Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Experience • 5 Year work experience o finance roles • Accounting designation or active pursuit of an accounting designation is preferred • Demonstrated results as a true leader in a work, school or extracurricular settings • Advanced English knowledge (C1-C2) If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
