Sales Executive- Surat

Job Role: Sales Executive

Location: Surat (Gujarat)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for promotion and direct sales of KN Products in allocated area to existing and new customers to meet individual/team targets and organization's business objectives. Initiating contact with potential customers for generating enquiries, creating awareness about product features/applications, and developing sales. Customer Relationship Management. Promotion of new concepts of technology/new products introduced by the division. Developing strategic technical sales tools/arguments for different products. Lost order analysis. Forecasting and budgeting of sales for responsible areas/customers. Resolution of customer complaints.

QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE

Educational:

Diploma/Degree in Textiles.

Technical:

Good knowledge in Textiles. Circular knitting technology (preferred). Proficiency in MS Office tools. Good communication skills (written as well as verbal English).

Practical Training:

Experience in the Knitting Industry (preferred).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION, WHICH MIGHT HELP IN SELECTING SUITABLE CANDIDATE:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales of textile machinery spares or experience in knitted fabric/garment field.

TRAINING REQUIRED BEFORE STARTING IN THE FUNCTION

Normal induction training in Sales and Technical department at RO-West/South office to know the processes & systems.
