Sales Executive - Six Senses Crans Montana
**Duties and Responsibilities** As Sales Executive, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the Sales & Marketing department to provide exceptional products and services within brand operating standards. My key role is to drive the right business at the right price to ensure the resort achieves budgeted occupancy, rate and revenue. The duties and responsibilities will include:  + Complete required departmental reports guide by the Director of Sales. + Creation of promotional material for the hotel on specific occasions in conjunction with Marketing. + Conduct site inspection and tours for travel agents/DMCs/journalist, supporting the Director of Sales. + Operate office equipment such as fax & copy machines, phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications. + Complete forms in accordance with company procedures. + File all correspondence relating to Sales. + Keep abreast of industry trends and practices and update knowledge and skills to improve the product and service offering. + Organize sales calls and represent the hotel on the segments & designated markets allocated by the Director of Sales + Processes will be constantly assessed and reviewed to remain relevant, innovative and in keeping with Six Senses wellness and sustainability practices. + Support and review services, products and rates to remain relevant and in keeping with Six Senses wellness and sustainability practices. + Support the efficient operation of the Sales department. + Have a thorough knowledge of all facilities and services offered by the property including type of rooms available as well as their location and layout, selling status, rates, and benefits of all packages plans, credit policy of the hotel and reservation coding. + Drive the right business at the right price to ensure the property achieves budgeted occupancy, rate and revenue according to guidance of Director of Sales. + Upsell / Cross-sell all resort facilities and activities. + Support the implementation of the sales & marketing plan, contracting, reviewing and pushing towards sales targets by segment and by client and prospect. + Support advertising, sales, promotions and publicity initiatives and working with the Director of Sales for setting rates. + Continually focus on revenue generation and profile building for our property and for Six Senses. Marketing strategies and tactics will be constantly assessed to remain relevant and effective. + Control with the supervision of the Director of Sales that the hotel’s budget is strictly adhered to, and all costs will be continually monitored and controlled to drive profitability, while taking into consideration the preservation of required standards with every decision made. + Review and maintain documentation, reporting systems, contractual obligations, security and safety protocols, communications, product and service standards / database. + A high standard of personal appearance, grooming and hygiene, plus comprehensive knowledge of safety, security and emergency procedures will be maintained by myself and all hosts in line with brand and statutory requirements. + Ensure that interaction and communications between departments within the property are clear and effectively maintained to support the smooth running of the property. + Ensure that all activities within the department are carried out ethically, honestly and within the parameters of local law. + Ensure the privacy of guests, partners and residential owners, I will apply an extra level of protection to any sensitive personal data and use confidential information only to perform my job. + Ensure all equipment of the department is kept clean and in good working condition. + Attend or conduct the designated meetings and briefings as instructed by the Director of Sales & EAM Commercial with a two-way flow of pertinent information and communications. + Knowledge of all safety, security and emergency procedures related to my position in line with brand and statutory requirements. + Knowledge and strict adherence to LQA standards. + Perform any additional duties given to me by the Director of Sales **Qualifications** To execute the position of Sales Executive, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following: Possess some equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Sales & Marketing, Hotel or Business Management and more than five years’ experience in a senior sales and marketing role, preferred.
