Here’s what success will look like: • You’ll actively grow and manage a portfolio of key corporate and group clients • You’ll sell rooms, event space, and F&B services with confidence and clarity • You’ll negotiate and sign deals that make sense — for the client and for the hotel • You’ll collaborate across departments to deliver experiences that exceed expectations • You’ll track your performance and celebrate your wins — because they’ll matter • You’ll represent not just Crowne Plaza Budapest, but the IHG brand, proudly and professionally • You’ll be a visible, respected presence in the market — someone clients trust and return to • You’ll stay one step ahead of trends and competitors to spot opportunities early • You’ll work closely with our Global Sales Offices to maximise revenue in every segment • You’ll report progress weekly, because you believe what gets measured, gets improved This isn’t just a role where you meet targets — it’s one where you raise them. **What You Bring** We’re looking for **attitude and ambition above all** .
