What you can look forward as Sales Manager - Agri-clutch:

Drive sales for Agri Clutch in India  Lead and manage a team of 4 high-performing sales professionals, fostering collaboration and accountability.  Develop and execute strategies for channel management, including dealer and distributor network expansion & products penetration.  Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through proactive market engagement and customer relationship management.  Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.  Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. 

 

Your profile as Sales Manager - Agri-clutch:

Bachelor’s degree in Mech/Automobile engineering (preferred) or Graduate  MBA or equivalent qualification in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage. 10+ years in Sales of Clutch & Tractor Parts. 
Proven track record in sales within the auto component industry, with strong exposure to Tractor Clutch business  Leadership experience in managing a team of confirmed performers.  Expertise in channel management, dealer/distributor network handling.  Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.  Go-getter attitude with a strong focus on achieving targets and driving growth.
