Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our GRO Commercial Team which covers comprehensive records and information management offerings spanning physical storage, digitisation solutions and digital storage. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new, profitable revenue growth by proactively targeting prospects, while also taking ownership of an assigned customer portfolio, focusing on retention, growth, and exceptional service. This includes building strong, trusted customer relationships, securing favourable contract renewals, and acting as a trusted advisor by offering tailored solutions to foster long-term partnerships.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
Drive new business acquisition by proactively targeting vended and un-vended prospects and key competitor accounts to generate new, profitable revenue growth within Australia (AU) and identify global opportunities.Lead all commercial discussions and negotiations, including contractual terms and conditions, rates, reporting, and contract duration, to maximise the company’s recurring revenue and gross margin for the maximum term possible.Develop and implement both short-and long-term strategies, including creating and maintaining up-to-date Customer Account Plans, to achieve sustainable growth and proactively identify and mitigate risks across your portfolio.What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
High Performance Background: A minimum of 5 years experience and proven track record of high performance in B2B sales, demonstrating the ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly at all levels, including executive and C-level.Consultative Expertise: Advanced negotiation and business planning skills, with a focus on delivering client-focused solutions.Strategic Mindset: Proven ability in business analysis, financial fluency, and managing complex pipelines within a CRM (Salesforce).Resilience and Drive: A high degree of personal resilience, tenacity, and a technical aptitude for solution-based selling.Call to Action
