Job DescriptionProvide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Sales team to ensure smooth operation of the department. Handle incoming sales inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring accurate follow-up and response. Prepare sales proposals, contracts, agreements, and correspondence in coordination with Sales leadership. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in sales systems, CRM, and PMS, ensuring data integrity at all times. Coordinate site inspections and familiarization trips, liaising with Operations, Reservations, and other departments as required. Support the organization and execution of sales calls, client visits, roadshows, trade fairs, and promotional activities in the market given. Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, presentations, and performance summaries. Ensure proper filing, tracking, and follow-up of contracts, allotments, and rate agreements. Maintain a good understanding of NH Collection Maldives Reethi Resort products, services, rates, and brand positioning. Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of all sales-related tasks and correspondence. Assist with competitor and market intelligence gathering as directed by Sales leadership. Maintain full working knowledge of sales tools, PMS, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism at all times. Provide general support to the Director of Sales & Marketing and Sales Managers as required. Represent Minor Hotels in a professional, courteous, and brand-consistent manner at all times.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field

Previous experience in hotel or resort sales is preferred

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Ability to identify business opportunities and convert leads into sales

Guest-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills

Well-organized, target-driven, and self-motivated

Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage

Fluency in English; additional languages will be an added advantage

Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
