**Description:**
You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Sales Executive is responsible to maximize sales and achieve pre-determined targets, working closely with Rooms, Food and Beverage and other revenue-generating departments.

**Essential Requirements:**
+ Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in a similar role as a **Sales Executive within the hotel industry** .
+ Proactive sales profile, with a demonstrated focus on **new business generation and development** .
+ Exceptional ability to **build and maintain strong, long-term relationships** with corporate clients, travel agencies, and groups.
+ **Highly organized** , with meticulous follow-up skills for assigned accounts, sales pipeline, and opportunities.
+ Strong orientation towards **achieving and exceeding commercial targets** and service standards.
+ **Team player** with a collaborative spirit, able to work effectively with other operational departments (Revenue, Reservations, Front Desk, Catering).
+ **Advanced English** (essential for contract management, communication with international clients, and reporting).
+ Positive attitude, resilience, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
**Qualifications:**
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Sales Executive or Assistant Manager in hotel operations. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Prospect, acquire, and retain a portfolio of key accounts for the hotel (corporate, groups, events, long-stay).
+ Develop sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned revenue goals.
+ Prepare and present commercial proposals, contracts, and negotiate rates.
+ Conduct timely and professional follow-up on all opportunities using our CRM system.
+ Maintain fluid communication with clients before, during, and after their stay/event.
+ Collaborate closely with the Revenue Management and Marketing departments to align strategies and pricing.
+ Represent the hotel at trade events, fairs, and client site inspections.
+ Report sales progress and forecasts to the Commercial Management.
