Key responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business goals. Proactively source, secure, and grow new business opportunities within the corporate segment. Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients to generate repeat and referral business. Conduct sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, and hotel presentations to maximize conversions. Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions to increase brand awareness and market share. Negotiate and finalize contracts while ensuring profitability and alignment with revenue strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (events, marketing, revenue, and operations) to ensure flawless service delivery and guest satisfaction. Monitor competitor activities and market trends, adjusting sales strategies accordingly. Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to support strategic decision-making. Achieve and exceed revenue targets through proactive prospecting and account management. QualificationsQualifications & competencies:
Minimum 2 years of sales experience within a high-end or luxury hotel, resort, or destination management company. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and developing strong client relationships. Solid knowledge of corporate segment. Valid driving license and access to a car are compulsory. Strong understanding of luxury hospitality, sales strategies, and competitive landscapes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple high-profile accounts simultaneously. Strategic thinker with creativity, adaptability, and a proactive approach to business development. Formal training or certifications in sales, hospitality management, or related fields are a plus. Ability to perform under pressure with a strong commitment to service excellence.
