Key Responsibilities:

· Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions to increase brand awareness and market share.
· Negotiate and finalize contracts while ensuring profitability and alignment with revenue strategies.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Events, Marketing, Revenue, and Operations) to ensure flawless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
· Monitor competitor activities and market trends, adjusting sales strategies accordingly.

Minimum 2 years of sales experience within a high-end or luxury hotel, resort, or destination management company.Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and developing strong client relationships.Solid knowledge of Corporate segment.Valid driving license and access to a car are compulsory.Strong understanding of luxury hospitality, sales strategies, and competitive landscapes.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple high-profile accounts simultaneously.Strategic thinker with creativity, adaptability, and a proactive approach to business development.Formal training or certifications in Sales, Hospitality Management, or related fields are a plus.Ability to perform under pressure with a strong commitment to service excellence.Qualifications Competencies:
