KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Perform 4 steps sales call to assigned customers
Pre-call planning & preparation Outlet execution according to EOE standard (focus SKUs, POSMs & stock display, chilled & ready-to-serve stocks, product freshness and amenities) Sell-in of promotions, innovations and assortment optimization, and utilize outlet contract to drive sales performance To-do-list –ensure follow up actions from the sales calls are capturedBusiness Development
Prospecting - assess business opportunities and acquire outlets, secure functions & special events Review and analyse outlet performance, develop solutions and evaluate outcome for both internal and external stakeholders Execute & support company initiated activitiesMarket Intelligence
Feedback on competitor activities Maintain & update relevant outlet informationCOMPETENCIES & SKILLS
