The Sales Executive is responsible for new business development in a highly productive, sales-driven environment.

You will be responsible for the full sales cycle from lead generation to close to nurture mutually profitable business relationships with clients. This is a HUNTER role where you bring the NEW business pass to the Operations team and move on to the next NEW Client!

 

Essential Functions:

Identify and qualify potential clients, leads, and referrals resulting in NEW Recurring Revenue clients each month. Responsible for achieving Sales ScoreCard targets (New Contract Revenue started, Building Surveys attended, Closing % on Proposals Delivered) and managing activities in CRM. Close sales by building rapport with potential clients, explaining our unique model, overcoming objections, and preparing contracts. Utilize and manage customer relationship system (CRM) to maintain all client and lead information activities. Develop and maintain positive professional, meaningful relationships with your teammates and prospective clients. Improve new business development efficiencies to drive satisfaction and be able to high level troubleshoot issues that arise.
