We’re looking for a Sales Executive to become part of our high-performing team at Vertu Volkswagen Mansfield, representing the UK’s biggest car brand, with a 12% share of the national market. This is more than just a job—it’s a chance to be part of a trusted, historic business that’s proudly served the local area for over 40 years.

You’ll earn a basic salary of £22,000, with a realistic opportunity to earn well over £45,000 through our uncapped commission structure. You’ll also benefit from a healthy work-life balance, working 40 hours across 5 shifts per week, which will include most Saturdays in, as it is our busiest sales day. We are closed on Sundays, so you would have that and another guaranteed day off during the week.

What You’ll Be Doing

Guiding customers through a positive, pressure-free, and personalised vehicle buying experience. Sharing your passion for a diverse range of vehicles—including petrol, diesel, and electric models, and iconic designs like the Golf GTI. Supporting customers with care, clarity, and transparency from first enquiry to final handover. Working as part of a supportive team of 8 Sales Executives, backed by 2 Business Managers and 2 Sales Managers who are always available to coach, mentor, and guide you.

What You’ll Need

At least 12 months' experience as a Sales Executive in the automotive sector. A genuine passion for customer service and building strong, lasting relationships. Confidence in using clear communication and active listening to support all types of customers. Flexibility to work across weekdays and weekends. A full UK driving licence (manual and automatic).
