Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for marketing and selling the client's Material & Analytical portfolio of products and solutions. This role involves engaging new clients across Food, Pharmaceutical, and Clinical sectors, nurturing relationships with existing clients; offering comprehensive pre-sales and after-sales support; and identifying new market trends and potential growth opportunities. The individual will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding their customer base, contributing directly to the success and continued development of the business.
Job Responsibilities:
• Promote and market a wide range of products and solutions to potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Provide end-to-end support through comprehensive pre-sales and after-sales services, managing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional customer care.
• Identify and engage new customers within the Food, Pharmaceutical, and Clinical sectors.
• Develop and deliver impactful sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and potential challenges within the Eastern region of KSA and Bahrain.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions through the company's CRM software.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or Pharmacy.
• 3 to 5 years of sales experience, ideally within a related industry, with a strong focus on the Food, Pharmaceutical, and Clinical sectors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A results-driven mindset with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with sales software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally as required.
• Fluency in Arabic is required.
