Acts as a representative of the Oncology/Hematology sales area and assists in the development of the sales strategy. Helps coordinate sales related activities and identifies new opportunities within the market to influence treatment and drive product demand. Helps monitor industry competitors, market conditions, and new products for the organization. Demonstrates a clear strength skill set within the sales competency model. Helps review sales data for assigned Oncology/Hematology products within a specific geographic area. Develops deep product and related disease knowledge to compliantly engage in in-depth clinical dialogue with healthcare professionals. Communicates cross-functionally to coordinate account-specific plans and selling strategies to grow sales and convert new business using various tools. Delivers branded sales messages and key customer insights/trends for colleagues and stakeholders. Maintains contact with all prospects or newly converted customers, and provides support to medical personnel and other key stakeholders. Maintains sales equipment and promotional materials to ensure proper condition and uses them to support territory efforts. Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo.
