A Sales Executive analyses local market trends and competitor activity to generate new future business for the hotel.



What will I be doing?

 

As Sales Executive, Government & Diplomatic Relations, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with government institutions, embassies, consulates, and diplomatic missions to drive new business opportunities for the hotel. You will analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify and convert new leads, while ensuring Hilton’s standards of service and representation are consistently maintained.

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Analyze local market trends, government activities, and competitor performance to identify new business opportunitiesDevelop and manage government and diplomatic accounts, building long-term relationships with embassies, consulates, and related organizationsActively visit and engage with key contacts within government and diplomatic circles to drive business into the hotel/cluster and increase market shareNegotiate room rates, packages, and agreements with government entities and diplomatic missionsPrepare and manage contracts in line with Hilton’s business and pricing guidelinesDevelop and implement targeted sales and marketing activities specific to the government and diplomatic segmentWork closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences tailored for diplomatic and government delegationsRepresent the hotel at official functions, industry events, and diplomatic receptions as requiredProduce accurate and timely reports for the Sales Director and senior management, including account updates, sales activities, and business leadsRespond promptly and professionally to all government and diplomatic client inquiries.
