Job Description

Job summary:
This role requires a self-starter mentality and eagerness to create new opportunities for Enterprise Informatics (EI), with a passion for building new customer relationships, winning new profitable deals, and a focus on delivering results for Philips and our customers.


Your role:

Prospect and qualify new customer opportunities to expand the sales pipeline and accelerate acquisition.

Develop and execute targeted account strategies supported by market and competitor insights.

Build strong customer relationships and engage stakeholders—from clinical users to C‑suite—to uncover needs and opportunities.

Deliver compelling value propositions and partner with Sales Specialists to provide deep product expertise throughout the sales cycle.

Lead contract discussions to close deals with favorable, mutually beneficial terms.

Maintain accurate Salesforce.com data to support reliable forecasting and performance tracking.


You're the right fit if:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales or equivalent, with a demonstrated record of developing and executing account strategies that consistently achieve commercial and sales objectives.

Strong background in Healthcare IT or deep understanding of hospital operations, including experience managing software sales funnels and prioritizing high‑impact opportunities.

Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including senior clinical leaders and C‑suite executives, supported by a strong customer‑centric approach.

Skilled in communicating the value of technical software or medical solutions and effectively leveraging specialist resources to deliver tailored customer offerings.

Resilient and adaptable sales professional with excellent communication skills, a strong quality and patient‑safety mindset, and proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
