**Sales Excellence Business & Analytics Partner - Ultrasound** The Ultrasound Business & Analytics Partner is responsible for accelerating business performance by supporting the Ultrasound Service Sales team while meeting overall Ultrasound business reporting needs related to funnel management, OIT and revenue forecasting, performance reporting, territory management, and strategic insights & analytics. **Your role:** + Defining and administering Key Performance Indicators + Creating Daily Management boards; Executing Daily Management + Identifying and communicating anomalies in performance as well as proposed solutions + Challenging the current ways of working to further enhance and automate reporting efforts through process improvement initiatives + Simplifying complex data into easy to comprehend analysis + Developing reporting tools, including dashboards and visualizations, to explain business insights **You're the right fit if:** + You have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, mathematics, economics, statistics or related field (preferred) + You have 5+ years experience working in analytical functions such as sales operations, marketing or finance preferably in the healthcare industry + Experience working in Service organization (preferred) + You possess strong data analysis, data management, data structuring, and data visualization capabilities + Fluency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other common business tools as well as fluency with standard salesforce.com functionality + Experience with analytical and insight tools such as Qlik, Tableau, etc. highly preferred + Ability to deliver analytical solutions such as dashboards or reports in PowerBI; Data processing languages such as PowerQuery, DAX, and SQL + Experience with PowerAutomate and PowerApps or other no-code/low code platforms or automation platforms (preferred) + Azure Databricks skillset (required) + You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. **About Philips** We are a health technology company. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
