Job Description

What you will be doing:

Actively lead the Corporate MICE segment’s sales, financial and administrative activities being coordinated with all group required arrangementsDefines precisely guest requirements and ensures that the guest services offered corresponds effectively to their requestsHigh level of interest to manage multiple events in the biggest Ballroom of the cityProvides after-sales service and in particular to ensure all guests complaints are taken seriously and discussed with the respective departments if necessary. Ensures that all complaints have initiated follow-up actionNegotiates prices with the clientsSales Manager is familiar with the operation and application of the hotel’s computer/data processing system

QualificationsMinimum 2-3 years previous experience within similar role as Sales ManagerExperience of Events with high volume participantsGood communications skills, both written and verbal in Bahasa Indonesia and EnglishStrong knowledge of Opera & Microsoft OfficeWorking experience in 5* hotel operation is highly regarded
