Sales Engineer-PRM-Xi'an
**Job Summary** The area sales engineer will work within assigned geography area and grow PRV business in all aspects especially through MRO business. Also this role is responsible to work closely with the local business partners, providing necessary guidance and support, monitor their performance and do periodical review. **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Drive sales and hit monthly and annual booking targets in relevant product and industries. Generate the sales bookings to meet the order target + Build strong long-term situation where everyone is happy relationship with the customers in the assigned territory. + Drive primary demand based on understanding of customers’ application and business need. + Instill our technical advantages into customers’ preference to get us in the better position of market competition. + Leverage the business partners to identify and qualify opportunities. And guide the channels to convert opportunities into orders. + Interact across Emerson and provide broad information to partners for the improvement. + Monitor the after-sales customer service. Make sure we provide our customers valuable experience. + In charge of development of industrial Original Equipment Manufacturer business in assigned area. + Help develop industrial EPC , design institutes and etc. business in assigned area + Build reliable connection with the customers. Promote company’s product and technical. + Understand market trend and collect valuable information to support company’s decision and strategy. + Other assignments arranged by line manager. **Who You Are:** You readily action new challenges, without unnecessary planning.You quickly and decisively take actions in fact-changing, unexpected situations.You keep a strong bottom-line orientation. You set aggressive goals and have high standards.You create teamwork allowing others across the organization to achieve shared objectives. **For This Role, You Will Need:** + Degree or equivalent experience in automation, mechanical, instrumentation or related team with minimum 5 years of proven experience.
