Sales Engineer (MY)
Key Responsibilities 
• Manage all external sales activities within Malaysia for the company’s full range of automation and safety-related products, engineering services, and training offerings. 
• Drive business growth by executing sales strategies, meeting revenue targets, and expanding the customer base. 
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with system integrators, OEMs, machine builders, and end-users while maintaining regular engagement with existing accounts. 
• Work closely with cross-functional colleagues in the regional headquarters—such as technical support, engineering, inside sales, and marketing—to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. 
• Contribute to marketing initiatives, including presentations, industry seminars, 
exhibitions, and workshops. 
• Gather and relay customer insights to internal teams to support product and service improvements. 
• Maintain accurate records of accounts, proposals, and activities within the 
company’s CRM system.
