**What you’ll do:**
**Job Summary**
Primary responsibility is to manage and ensure sales objectives for Eaton in El Salvador, it includes follow up to channels performance, select correct accounts and end users to warranty growing from Eaton in this market place and coordinate with vertical organization (Strategic Accounts & Utilities/Infrastructure) for active participation of Eaton in these segments. Leveraging marketing resources and programs designed for this country.
**Job Responsibilities**
A.Implement and lead, the sales plan develop for El Salvador to achieve planned goals. Implement customers plan visit defined by management (presential) to ensure increase business relationship with customers, new opportunities identification and alert of competitors actions.
B. Deliver to CA4 and Regional management quarterly, monthly and weekly booking forecast base on market inputs to meet commitments and feed rest of organization processes.
C.Weekly review with all involved areas of the organization orders plan progress for month and quarter, as well as projects pipeline opportunities identified and register in Eaton’s CRM by his team.
D. Implement all required actions to ensure Standard Marging defined for his market in Profit Plan.
E.Be aware of and responsive to market conditions and competitive activities, and communicate such information to top management and marketing.
F.Maintain a teaming, cooperative and credible working relationship with other company personnel to assure customer satisfaction.
G.Manage the allocated budged of sales expenses and maximize it use to growth the business, ensure expense reports deliver in a timely manner.
H.Prepare and present bids and quotations to customers using company price and delivery guidelines, and use sound business judgment to enhance margins.
I.Support total quality effort by providing timely and accurate information for order entry
J.Elevate quality issues to attention of management
K.Ensure that accurate information flows to and from customers
L.Implement along with his team all marketing programs/innitiatives (new product programs as needed, collect analyze and utilize market intelligence data on competitive products, demand generation and promotions, as well as channels programs) to warranty continues growing for Eaton in the market place.
M.Provide necessary reports and surveys requested by management in a timely manner.
N.To comply with the responsibilities of the position in relation with MESH and EQS Management Systems
O.Implement marketing programs/initiatives developed to grow in El Salvador market.
P.Develop and support necessary channel network (specialized distributors, panelbuilders, wholesalers, generalistics and service partners) to grow in focus markets.
Q.Lead the implementation of demand generation plan with end users and channels to increase customers knowledge about Eaton’s solutions.
R. Lead and support key innitiatives to grow in strategic segments defined by Eaton (Utilities, Data Centers, Infrastructure, Construction, others).
S. Apply the One Eaton philosophy as a win strategy.
**Qualifications:**
**Required:**
+ Título universitario en **Ingeniería Eléctrica, Electromecánica, Electrónica, Mecatrónica o Automatización** . _(Solo se consideran estas áreas de ingeniería.)_
+ Mínimo **5 años de experiencia en ventas técnicas** , con enfoque en el **mercado eléctrico de El Salvador** .
+ Experiencia en **gestión comercial** , **relaciones públicas** y **ejecución de estrategias de ventas** .
+ Dominio general de **soluciones eléctricas de Eaton** o fabricantes similares.
+ Capacidad para elaborar **presentaciones técnicas y comerciales** dirigidas a clientes, canales de distribución y alta dirección.
+ Habilidad para utilizar herramientas de **Microsoft Office** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), especialmente para **reportes y análisis** .
+ Perfil **técnico-comercial** , con capacidad de conectar necesidades del cliente con soluciones técnicas.
+ **Organización** , **autonomía** y **enfoque en resultados** .
+ Buen manejo de **relaciones interpersonales** y **trabajo en equipo** .
**Deseable:**
+ Título en **Administración de Empresas con énfasis en Gestión** , útil para revisar indicadores financieros, márgenes y procesos administrativos.
+ Conocimiento **avanzado de inglés** (oral y escrito), idealmente entre **80% y 90%** , principalmente para comunicación por correo electrónico y presentaciones internas.
**Skills:**
The successful candidate must possess a good understanding of selling techniques and Eaton's capabilities, market channels, and technical applications of products. Work environment requires this person to be motivated and a self-starter. Competitive Knowledge (Has in-depth market/industry knowledge). Must be familiar with products and their applications. Must be able to make technical proposal presentations to customers and consulting engineers.
