As our new Sales Engineer at Danfoss, you’ll take ownership of your accounts and support customers in complex energy challenges with solutions like heat exchangers, substations, control equipment, and software optimization.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with utilities, consultants, installers, and internal teams including technical support, customer service, and local sales colleagues. Leveraging your expertise and CRM tools, you’ll guide projects from early stages through to completion, delivering successful outcomes for your region and customers.

Engage actively with utilities, consultants, and installers to create demand for Danfoss solutions. Including also some calculations on heat exchangers and substations for district heating. Drive results in your region and accounts, achieving KPIs aligned with Danfoss’ growth strategy. Leverage CRM systems (Salesforce) to manage accounts, analyze performance, and support decision-making. Act as a trusted technical advisor, staying updated with industry developments and supporting customers from early project stages to deal closure. Continuously learn and share knowledge to improve how we create solutions that meet customer needs, enhance service, and solve their challenges. What We're Looking For
Technical experience in HVAC or energy sectors, with solid understanding of district energy solutions. Having worked with substations or control equipment before is useful. Ability to deliver results and complete projects, analyzing successes and areas for improvement. Experience with CRM tools and the ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional, multicultural teams. Problem-solving mindset with focus on continuous improvement, collaboration, and Growth Mindset. Fluency in the local language is required to communicate and present solutions confidently in both face-to-face and digital meetings, while also working in English.
