Daily review of incoming customer ordersTransfer of customer orders into Bosch internal ordering system i.e. eSAMOS/SAPUpdate & manage individual trackerCoordinate order management with relevant internal/external stakeholdersEnsure key milestones are met within agreed lead-times i.e. Orders raised, manufacture, delivery & receipt of partsRegular Interaction with the Customer
Coordinating clear feedback via Sample Shop to customer contactReviewing weekly customer trackers & ensuring updates are sent within agreed timeCoordinating between customer & internal stakeholders for any issues which effects the delivery of ordersSupport Sales Engineers
Act as an interface between Sales Engineer, Customer & Sample ShopCoordinate all new orders via Sales Engineer, confirm pricing, design level etc.Informing Sales Engineer of escalation topics.Support of miscellaneous Sales activities where possiblePresentations/Communication

Driving License (desirable)Additional InformationThis is a 12-month internship beginning in July 2026. This position is open to undergraduate students who are required to partake in a work placement as part of their course.
Location: you will be based at the Denham office.
Shortlisted candidates will then be invited to participate in a face-to-face interview by the hiring team and/or an online assessment centre.
You must have the right to live and work in the UK when you start your placement and for the full duration of your placement. Please note your placement must be directly relevant to your course to comply with visa requirements.
