Responsibilities:        Sales Engineer will promote and propose Trane airside products to building owners, consultants and contractors        The focus is to increase Airside sales and penetrate this market to gain more market share        Responsible for developing long term customer relationships        Building close business relationship with customers especially key accounts        Maximizing account penetration and customer retention        Identify potential opportunities & develop solutions with existing & new customers        Update forecast timely into the system        Negotiates value, addresses resistance, and close the sales. Differentiates & made Trane as preferred supplier        Any other duties as assigned from time to time

Requirement:

        Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical engineering or its equivalent        1-2 years in Engineering sales        Experience in HVAC industry will be a plus        Customer driven with excellent communication & interpersonal skills        Candidates with the relevant education qualifications but no prior work experience is welcome to apply
