We are looking for a Sales Engineer who can partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to drive technical discovery, solution design, and pre-sales execution for mid-market and enterprise customers.
You will act as the technical and solution SME during the sales cycle—translating customer business problems into scalable solutions, validating technical fit, and helping close complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer-facing problem solving, understands APIs and integrations, and can communicate confidently with both technical and executive audiences.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Consultant in B2B SaaS
Strong understanding of APIs (REST), integrations, and data exchange concepts
Experience supporting enterprise and mid-market sales cycles
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value
Comfortable presenting to both technical teams and executive stakeholders
Experience writing Statement of Work (SoW) documents and translating solutions into SLAs and deliverables. Experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, transportation, field service, or supply chain software
Familiarity with ERP/WMS/TMS integrations (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
Experience working with Professional Services or implementation teams
Prior exposure to RFP processes and enterprise procurement
