Job DescriptionPromote and develop sales by supporting the Compact Hydraulics / HydraForce Hydraulics based external Sales Team and Global sales network Processing of sales enquiries including technical evaluationPreparation of quotations for direct and indirect customer linesTechnical evaluation of enquiry including creation of new part number request and/or modification to existing part numbersPrice management to include maintenance of global price lists and global customer prices – direct and indirect through country unitsMaintain strong partnerships with key customers to ensure satisfaction.Make use of modern sales tools and AI to increase sales and efficiency.Manage and maintain the Prototype process to ensure timely delivery of new business motor suppliesTrack and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)Preparation of specified sales reports through Business warehouse softwarePreparation and presentation of specific tasks as and when required by Sales ManagementCollaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, logistics, etc, to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth

QualificationsPreferably a Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related qualificationsProven experience in sales or technically related environment preferably in mobile hydraulics.SAP experience preferredThrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.Experience working with cross-functional teams and departmentsExcellent communication and negotiation experienceSkills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint required.

Additional Information

You will be required to evidence your right to work in the UK, as we are unable to sponsor the employment of international workers in this role.
