**What you’ll do:**
This role is responsible for identifying opportunities for filtration products and applications across all industrial sectors in Korea, including automotive, refinery, petrochemical, electronics, fine chemicals, water, and others. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of both filtration applications and the sales processes within industrial markets. The position’s primary objective is to optimize sales growth and return on investment by developing and implementing effective strategies and tactical action plans.
+ Identify, pursue, and cultivate new business opportunities within the industrial market and customer base, delivering value proposition proposals aligned with divisional, regional, and national strategic plans.
+ Establish annual sales and order projections for the designated area, markets, and customers in coordination with the country sales manager.
+ Daily activities are organized based on strategic action plans.
+ Support existing customers with channel partners to generate sales and orders to achieve growth and targeted projections.
+ Pursue proactive customer visits to create opportunities and to establishing professional relationship with the end customers.
+ Ability to build strong relationships with customers, channels and engineering companies.
+ Drive and own the sales projects : Coordinate settlements of technical and commercial inquiries with the customers by getting involvement of local, regional, and global team of Eaton Filtration Division.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree, preferred major in Chemical /Mechanical Engineering or related majors
+ At least 5+ years of experience as a sales engineer for filtration products in relevant industries. Proven track record in all industrial market.
+ Practical experience of filter solution selling process (e.g., demo test procedure, field test in customer site)
+ Good understanding of value proposition process and good skills to sell the value of our filtration solution
+ Good Communication and Negotiation skills
+ Good written and verbal communication in English and Korean
+ Good network with customer in all industrial market.
