Job Description We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Engineer/Manager – Services to join our client's Singapore team. In this role, you will focus on developing new customers and expanding service sales across the Industrial, Marine, Offshore, and Oil & Gas markets. You’ll play a key role in driving growth, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring service excellence.
Key Responsibilities Develop and manage a portfolio of customers for service sales across target industries. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery. Achieve sales targets while maximizing profitability. Identify and implement sales and marketing strategies for both local and overseas markets. Deliver sales presentations and provide technical and commercial support to customers. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and new technologies. Prepare and submit regular sales reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly). Ensure compliance with Environment, Health, and Safety standards. Undertake other tasks as assigned by management. Qualifications & Skills Diploma or higher, preferably in Business or Engineering. Sales experience in the Marine, Offshore, or Oil & Gas industry preferred. Experience in sales of 2-stroke or 4-stroke marine engine services is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills. Active listening, critical thinking, and a continuous improvement mindset. Able to work independently and under pressure. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
