Manage sales of products and services to small and medium sized customers within an assigned geographical territoryRetain and grow business with existing customers and generate sales from new customersTo anticipate and understand customer needs and match them with our product offering to maximize customer value and sales profitPursue sales lead; visit existing and new customers who may be of strategic importance to the organization; assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services; respond to more complex customer enquiries; negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targetsTo collect and communicate relevant business and market intelligence to product and sales management by using the applicable systemsEstablish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and prioritize and schedule own activities so these targets are metJob Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field2+ years of experience in B2B sales, territory sales, or customer relationship management, preferably in a similar industryExperience in managing and growing accounts as well as generating new businessStrong interpersonal and communication skills The ideal candidate should have the ability to communicate effectively in both English and the local language, in order to engage with diverse stakeholders and support seamless collaboration
