Sales Engineer
**Sales Engineer – Global Markets (APAC, Americas, Europe, Middle East)** We are seeking a **Sales Engineer** to drive sales initiatives across the **APAC, Americas, Europe, and Middle East** regions. This role is focused on managing and expanding key OEM accounts, increasing engagement with Airlines and MROs, and driving new business development. This position requires a unique blend of **technical knowledge and sales expertise** . The ideal candidate will build strong customer relationships while working closely with internal engineering teams to develop solutions that address specific customer challenges. This is a **high-travel role** , requiring 60% or more travel throughout the assigned territories. **Key Responsibilities:** + Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve bookings and revenue targets, with an emphasis on new business development. + Engage with sub-tier suppliers to identify and resolve technical challenges. + Collaborate directly with customers to understand their needs and partner with engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions. + Provide technical insight on product capabilities, applications, and system integration. + Cultivate and manage relationships with key industry stakeholders across assigned regions. + Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activity to inform strategic sales efforts. + Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings. + Travel frequently within the assigned territories (60%+ travel). **Preferred Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus). + 3–5 years of experience in aerospace, defense, or advanced medical technology sectors. + Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand and communicate complex systems and components. + Demonstrated success in identifying customer pain points and partnering with engineering teams to create value-added solutions. + Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. + Willingness and ability to travel frequently throughout the assigned regions.
