Sales Enablement Specialist

A Day in the LifeThe Sales Enablement Specialist is a key role responsible for empowering the Selling Organization by enabling Salesforce.com at a regional (Latin America) level and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role focuses on training, enhancing user experience, and fostering collaboration between the Commercial organization and internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities include supporting the optimization of Salesforce.com, process improvements, implementing change management strategies, and providing user support to ensure operational excellence and alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned

Act as a crucial link between the Commercial organization and internal business partners, supporting the Selling Organization to achieve its full potential

Identify and address process gaps, tool limitations, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as Commercial Operations and the American Shared Services Center

Lead the development of effective communication plan and implementation of change management strategies to support the Selling Organization ensuring Salesforce.com adoption

Adopt a customer-centric approach to deliver first-line analytical support for the Americas Sales Enablement Platforms, addressing user issues, monitoring queues, troubleshooting, data quality, and providing end-user guidance

Interacts and works closely with other departments, such as but not limited to Sales, Marketing, clinical & Global Comms & Corp Marketing to ensure adequate support to the sales and marketing functions

Required Knowledge and Experience: 

Minimum 1 year of experience supporting sales, CRM, or Customer Operations

Bachelor's degree in related areas

Advanced English skills

Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) skills.

Adaptable team player with the ability to work with all functional areas and globally diverse teams

Accurate, detailed, and organized

Customer-focused analytical and problem-solving skills

Self-motivated

Proven track record of attaining organizational and personal objectives

Comprehensive understanding of complex software and information technology solutions and ability to apply them to client needs.

Ability to execute basic software configuration

Passion for continual education and technology trends

Proactive in maintaining and growing Salesforce expertise through Trailblazer, Release Notes, licenses, User Groups, and/or Webinars

Ability to follow complex development processes

Nice to Have:

Salesforce.com (Sales Cloud) knowledge or ability to learn new technologies rapidly

Knowledge or experience in the medical device industry

Experience in data quality management

Portuguese skills
