Sales Enablement Senior Analyst
Content Manager – Sales Enablement

The Content Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining sales-ready materials within the Global Knowledgebase and associated sales repositories. This position operates under and reports to the sales enablement. This role requires a strong commitment to producing well-organized, customer-focused content that clearly conveys key messages and effectively showcases the benefits of products or services.

 

Key Responsibilities Oversee the narrative strategy to ensure content effectively engages and resonates with its intended audience. Improve repository development through the integration of pertinent artifacts into the content management system. Source and consolidate reusable, proposal-specific materials from diverse organizational channels. Develop a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with both immediate and long-term marketing objectives. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to strategically plan and optimize content, visual aesthetics, and presentation layouts. Edit, proofread, and elevate content artifacts to ensure consistency and maintain high quality standards. Upload NTT DATA’s sales materials to content platforms after obtaining necessary expert approvals. Evaluate and organize materials to prepare client-ready documents and identify needed updates. Delegate tasks to translators, editors, and designers as required for content refinement. Methodically categorize collateral within the knowledgebase and update it with pertinent, company-specific resources. Ensure accurate assignment of metadata, monitor for duplication, and confirm format compliance with established templates. Verify all artifacts are clearly labeled and accompanied by appropriate informational tags in accordance with sales enablement guidelines.

 

Content Lifecycle Management Demonstrates comprehensive expertise in all facets of content creation and distribution. Manages content expiration schedules and coordinates archival procedures as required. Performs regular assessments of the repository to maintain accurate taxonomy tagging practices. Oversee and tracks expiration timelines, collaborating proactively with subject matter experts to ensure timely updates ahead of deadlines. Compile periodic reports summarizing content inventory and publication metrics. Conducts webinars and workshops to educate new users on best practices for effective repository utilization. Collaboration and Additional Duties Develop and sustain a robust network of subject matter experts throughout the organization to facilitate effective content creation and maintenance. Address inquiries and engage with subject matter experts to provide continuous support. Partner with the sales enablement team to produce promotional materials as required. Work in close coordination with IT to assist in implementing system enhancements.

 

Preferred Candidate Profile A bachelor’s degree in communications, English, or a related discipline is required; an MBA is preferred. Five years of relevant experience in content management or a similar capacity. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Advanced computer literacy with familiarity in leading content management systems; knowledge of SharePoint is preferred but not required. Proficiency in MS Word, PPT, and Excel. Proven ability to develop engaging content that encourages audience interaction. Strong leadership abilities.
