**Your role and responsibilities**
As a Sales Performance Coach in the Sales Enablement Team, you will leverage your sales and/or sales management experience to build credibility with sellers and sales leaders. You will utilise your coaching skills to drive behavioural change and enhance sales performance. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Coach Sellers and Leaders: Coach all roles within the sales organisation, using classic coaching skills such as asking thought-provoking questions, listening intently, and allowing sellers to come to their own conclusions.
• Drive Best-Practice Sales Skills: Enhance skills, teach terminology, and concepts as defined by the Client-Centric Sales Methodology, ensuring sellers understand and adopt these principles.
• Develop An Understanding: Maintain a good understanding of client buying behaviours, sales best practices, and sales methodology to inform coaching and drive results.
• Foster Behavioural Change: Use coaching skills to facilitate behavioural change among sellers, enabling them to improve their sales performance and achieve business objectives.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
• Sales Experience: Experience with direct sales and/or sales management to establish credibility with sellers and sales leaders, informing coaching approaches and driving results.
• Coaching Expertise: Experience in utilising classic coaching skills, including thought-provoking questions, active listening, and guiding individuals to reach their own conclusions, driving behavioural change and enhancing sales performance.
• Sales Methodology Knowledge: Experience with sales best practices, client buying behaviours, and sales methodologies, specifically the Client-Centric Sales Methodology, to inform coaching and drive adoption of best-practice sales skills.
• Cross-Functional Coaching: Experience coaching multiple roles & levels of experience within a sales organisation; from SDR to Sales Leader. Adapting coaching approaches to meet the needs of various stakeholders and drive business outcomes.
• Results-Driven Coaching: Experience in leveraging coaching skills to drive tangible behavioural change among sellers, resulting in improved sales performance and achievement of business objectives.
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
• Sales Methodology: Experience with sales methodologies beyond the Client-Centric Sales Methodology, informing coaching approaches and driving adoption of best-practice sales skills.
• Industry-Specific Knowledge: Experience working within a variety of industries, bringing industry-specific insights to coaching and driving business outcomes.
• Strong Coaching Techniques: Experience with various coaching techniques to drive behaviour change and enhance sales performance.
