Sales Enablement Program Manager (Spanish)
Our client, a leader in the financial technology industry, is looking to add a Sales Enablement Program Manager (Spanish) to their team in Toronto on a contract basis The responsibilities for this position include, but not limited to: + Oversee the process and success of vendor sales, working directly with trainers to enable them with resources to teach their sales teams to reach high performance + Responsible for all sales learning and development, which includes onboarding, continual learning, and sales performance consulting + Work with vendor partners to align on QA process and execution + Evaluate coaching abilities and provide feedback + Design learning interventions to address performance opportunities based on analysis + Train vendor partners how to conduct onboarding as per Intuit’s expectations, including the delivery of Intuit’s sales methodology + Everboarding – Creating a continuous learning program for vendor sites Qualifications for this role are: + Excellent written/verbal communication skills with fluency in verbal Spanish + 3+ years of sales enablement experience + Experience within SaaS industry would be an asset + Proven experience with project management and stakeholder management would be an asset + Experience with MediaFLY, Docebo and Gong would be an asset OTHER: This candidate may be remote anywhere in Canada, but would be expected to work 9am – 5pm EST Equipment will be fully provided Will have access to benefits Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $43.87 - $50.37/hr.
