Job Summary

The Sales Enablement Program Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation, execution, and performance of Air Methods’ One Call Agreements, Preferred Provider Agreements, and Community Partnerships. Serving as a contract-level account manager, this role is responsible for operationalizing agreements to drive transport volume through strong compliance, device adoption, and process alignment. This position requires close collaboration across multiple departments—including Sales, Marketing, Legal, and AirCom (Dispatch)—as well as strategic engagement with major transfer centers to ensure adherence to protocols and continuous monitoring of volume performance. This position will possess strong project management skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a passion for enhancing systems and outcomes across the commercial ecosystem.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following:  

Agreement Implementation & Management – Oversee the intake, processing, and activation of One Call and Preferred Provider Agreements. Ensure field alignment and timely operational onboardingContract Compliance & Volume Monitoring – Track transport trends and identify volume leakage. Coordinate corrective actions with Sales and AirCom to reinforce contract adherence.Transfer Center Protocol Support – Partner with large transfer centers to ensure protocols are understood and followed. Monitor performance and recommend improvements to maximize air utilization.Device & Request Tool Implementation – Lead deployment, adoption, and performance monitoring of Relay Pro, Easy Buttons, and future request tools to ensure consistent usage and impact.Cross-Functional Collaboration – Act as a liaison across Sales, Legal, Marketing, and AirCom to ensure seamless execution of partner agreements, onboarding, and escalations.Process Improvement & Project Management – Improve workflows related to contract tracking, operational handoffs, and renewal visibility. Identify system gaps and propose scalable solutions.Strategic Support & Ad Hoc Requests – Support data requests, reporting, and special projects for Sales leadership and the CCO to drive performance transparency and partner engagement.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations, or a related field from four-year college or university; and six (6) or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Program Management, Customer Success, or Partner Enablement.Experience supporting contract implementation, healthcare operations, or transfer center workflows preferred.Proven experience coordinating across cross-functional teams, including Sales, Legal, and Dispatch or Operations.

Skills

Strong project and stakeholder management skills; able to lead through influence and manage deliverables across teams.Excellent communicator, comfortable bridging legal, clinical, sales, and operational audiences.Analytical and process-driven mindset; able to monitor contract performance and identify leakage or noncompliance.Detail-oriented and accountable, with strong follow-through and ownership.Customer-first approach and a proactive problem-solver.

Computer Skills

Proficiency with Salesforce CRM (reporting, dashboards, account tracking).Intermediate to advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., Smartsheet,)Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
