Sales Enablement PMO & Operations Manager

Job Description Oversee sales enablement governance and drive operational excellence by resolving systemic blockers, improving cross-functional collaboration, and enhancing execution visibility.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

(1) Process Mapping & Optimization – Document existing sales enablement workflows, identify gaps, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

(2) Enablement Governance: Own annual/quarterly planning cycles, OKRs, sales initiative cadence, and communication.

(3) Process Integration & Issue Resolution: Oversee sales-affecting issue triage (e.g. billing, contracts, serviceability), driving SLA-based resolution and tracking.

(4) Program Delivery: Coordinate cross-functional programs with Tribe Directors, RevOps, IT, Legal, Network and Billing; monitor initiative risks and milestones.

(5) Team Oversight: Directly manage the Sales Process Lead and Expert; set cadence for root cause analysis, escalation management, and reporting.

(6) Dashboard & Reporting: Provide leadership with end-to-end views of enablement health, process KPIs, and initiative performance.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in sales operations, business process management, or managing cross-functional programs.

Demonstrated success in managing workflows, resolving issues, and engaging stakeholders within a fast-paced sales or business environment.

Proficiency with CRM systems or sales platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is required.

Strong data skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, dashboarding tools, and process workflow or diagramming applications (e.g., Draw.io, FigJam, Confluence).

Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.

Solid program management capabilities, with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities.

Excellent communication skills—clear, concise, and confident—across both technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience in triage and escalation management within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Proven ability to prioritize, manage, and resolve blockers within established response times.

Bachelor's Degree in any related field
