If so, let's start the conversation. **Job Summary** Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamicSales Enablement Program Manager to join our Commercial Excellence team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue performance by executing a holistic go-to-market enablement strategy, providing the training, content, processes, and tools needed to support salespeople throughout the entire buyer's journey. Our rapidly growing Commercial sales teams rely on this role to directly impact their ability to deliver value to our customers. Success is defined by working collaboratively with Sales, Commercial Excellence Centers of Excellence (CoEs), and other key stakeholders to increase sales results, efficiency, and productivity. **What You'll Do (Responsibilities)** In this role, you will: + Refine, execute, and manage segment-specific onboarding curricula and programs to ensure new sellers deliver value as quickly as possible, including assessing performance with managers and Commercial Excellence Business Partners. + Collaborate with the Sales Enablement Center of Excellence (CoE) and Product Enablement team to deliver product enablement content and training, equipping sellers to effectively understand and position the value of our solutions. + Drive continuous improvement by monitoring enablement usage and sales production data to identify learning gaps, recognize top performers, and ensure teams have the content and tools (e.g., Salesforce Dot Com (SFDC), learning management system) to support conversations throughout the sales process. **What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)** The ideal candidate will have: + Three or more years of experience working in a Sales, Marketing, and/or Customer Success Enablement role. + Strong knowledge of sales enablement needs within technology or professional services companies and a deep understanding of value-based selling. + Proven ability to execute an enablement strategy for field-based teams, collaborate cross-functionally, and utilize data insights to drive decision-making and demonstrate business impact. + A Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with exceptional communication skills and the ability to travel up to 25% as needed. **What We Offer (Benefits)** + Location: Malaysia + Competitive compensation and benefits aligned with the experience. + Flexible work options/alternative work options to support work-life balance. + Comprehensive health, wellness, and retirement plans. + Opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth **Call to Action** If you are a motivated leader passionate about driving sales performance through strategic enablement, **apply today** and help power Iron Mountain's commercial success!
