This role is ideal if you’re energized by solving business problems with an AI-first mindset, collaborating cross-functionally, and building programs that drive measurable outcomes. You’ll work closely with sales, product, and marketing leaders to identify blockers, design enablement strategies, and deliver programs that improve seller performance and customer engagement—always looking for ways to automate, personalize, and scale using AI. In this role you will: + Serve as the Enablement Business Partner for one of our 3 BUs, aligning enablement strategy with business goals and revenue targets. + Design and deliver enablement programs that support onboarding, product launches, sales skills development, and manager coaching—with AI-powered delivery and measurement at the core. + Lead initiatives like “Pitch Perfect” to improve renewal, expansion, and subscription sales motions, leveraging generative AI to simulate customer scenarios and reinforce learning. + Use AI tools to analyze seller behavior, identify performance gaps, and recommend personalized learning paths. + Collaborate with Product Marketing and Systems Enablement to ensure sellers have the right tools, content, and messaging at the right time—automated and AI-curated where possible. + Build and maintain enablement packages including short-form videos, quizzes, and messaging docs, using AI tools like Synthesia, Wondercraft, and ChatGPT to accelerate production. + Define and track KPIs to measure program effectiveness and continuously improve based on feedback, performance data, and AI-driven insights. + Represent Enablement in BU planning sessions, QBRs, and cross-functional initiatives, advocating for AI-first approaches to scale impact. Your background: + Experience in sales or revenue enablement, GTM strategy, or a related field—especially in B2B SaaS or enterprise software. + A strong understanding of sales processes, customer lifecycle, and enterprise selling motions. Demonstrated ability to apply AI tools and methodologies to solve enablement challenges (e.g., content generation, coaching simulations, performance analytics). + Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, Synthesia, Wondercraft, and ChatGPT. + A growth mindset and a passion for helping teams succeed through scalable, AI-powered enablement.
