The Sales Enablement Manager empowers the sales teams to be more effective and efficient, ultimately driving revenue growth. They achieve this by providing the necessary tools, resources, training, and support that sales representatives need to succeed in their roles. This involves aligning sales strategies with business objectives, fostering collaboration between sales and marketing teams, and continually improving the sales process through effective learning content, hands-on training and feedback loops.

Role and Responsibilities

Work with key stakeholders to determine content development needs and solutions.Develop, write, and coordinate learning sources and materials working with subject matter experts for specific details.Partner Enablement (Custom Training Content and Delivery, Custom Sales Material development, Self-service tool support)Function as a Project or Program Manager as needed to see learning efforts to implementation.Become a curator of learning sources to support broad employee and talent pools.Partner with Sales team and other key stakeholders to actively conduct learning gap analysis through established feedback loops;Close coordination between key partners and identified agencies to manage work-flow based on commitments.Understanding of technology solutions and operations from a learning perspective.Ability to intake, synthesize and storyboard training and Sales Enablement content needs.Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong project management and content development skills.Comfortable speaking and engaging with large groups, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to influence without authority.Ability to analyze data, assess learning gaps and develop targeted enablement solutions.Comfortable working in fast paced dynamic environments and adapting to shifting priorities.

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales enablement, learning and development, training or related roles.Proven experience developing and implementing training programs, content strategy and sales enablement tools.Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing and Operations teams.Familiarity with B2B sales environment is s plus.Strategic thinking, creativity, design/Implement GTM training process a plusFamiliarity with sales and partner portal tools such as Highspot, Impartner and others a plus

The salary range for this role is expected to be between $132,000 and $142,000 plus 20% target bonus. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
