Job Description
As a **Sales Enablement Expert** , you’ll be the go-to person for our sales teams, providing coaching, training, and hands-on support to help them crush their goals. You’ll act as a product expert, a motivator, and a bridge between sales, operations, and product teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Support sales teams to achieve and exceed target goals through coaching, floor support, and structured enablement activities.
+ Deliver on-the-floor coaching sessions, and workshops, tailored to boost performance and confidence.
+ Shadow sales calls to observe, provide feedback, and guide improvement.
+ Be a subject-matter expert across all product areas, staying up to date on new features, launches, and industry insights.
+ Manage and complete all client / sales enablement activities on time.
+ Create engaging sales tools and materials (playbooks, one-pagers, success guides) to make selling easier and smarter.
+ Partner with sales leaders, marketing, and operations to identify enablement gaps and implement solutions.
+ Track and analyse enablement impact, from coaching insight adoption to sales results, and continuously improve programs.
+ Promote a culture of learning, collaboration, and excellence across the sales floor.
**Your Profile**
+ Have hands-on experience in sales, enablement, or coaching — and know what it takes to close deals.
+ Are a confident communicator who can engage, motivate, and guide diverse sales teams.
+ Think strategically, but aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
+ Excel at turning data and insights into meaningful actions that drive performance. Have a knack for simplifying information and creating clear, impactful enablement materials
+ Are adaptable, proactive, and always looking for new ways to improve how teams sell and learn.
