**EAME Distribution’s** mission is to deliver superior customer experience, profitable market leadership and services growth through industry-best distribution performance. We provide governance and administration of Cat® dealers across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Eurasia.
Join the EAME Distribution Team as a **Sales Enablement & Data Strategy Consultant** **,** where you will be responsible for the overall development of the Capability and Capacity of the dealer network within Sales and Marketing.
**Role Summary:**
The **Sales Enablement & Data Strategy Consultant** is the custodian of the Marketing and Sales Excellence Program within the region, ensuring dealers adhere to and deploy related capabilities to enable Services Growth outcomes and growth. The **Sales Enablement & Data Strategy Consultant** will focus on growth capabilities in the areas of Sales Funnel Management, Digital Marketing and Ecommerce, Retail and Small Core and customer experience.
The Consultant will work with Industry partners in both Aftermarket and Prime Sales to deploy impactful transformation at CAT dealers by redesigning the territory management and sales coverage processes, implementing “phygital” customer journeys, carrying out digital and marketing automation projects, driving adoption of predictive lead-generation systems and sales funnel management. **About The Role / What You Will Do:**
+ Ensure execution of Caterpillar’s Marketing and Sales Operating model across territory (Central & West Africa), through successful execution of the Marketing and Sales Excellence Program.
+ Represent Marketing and Sales Operations capabilities to key stakeholders, industry partners, and dealers
+ Lead key Services Growth Marketing and Sales projects in dealer development within EAME. This includes, but is not limited to the areas of Retail, Digital Marketing, and Sales Funnel Management
+ Responsible to drive the dealer sales funnel management process effectively.
+ Provide support on lead planning and generation, lead and opportunity management, sales funnel management functions and sales campaign management
+ Support dealers to enable the digital marketing standards, with focus on the digital marketing tools and digital marketing online solutions meant to drive enhanced customer engagement and experience
+ Provide regional support for marketing and sales operations district teams and industry partners
+ Coach dealers to embed Sales and Marketing capabilities within their dealership processes to ensure they can make impactful decisions in line with Services Growth
**What Will Put You Forward:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related discipline
+ Proven experience in Industry, digital or Retail sales enablement. Knowledge of CRM management and experience driving sales change management, experience in data visualization tools such as PowerBI
+ Strong, proven interpersonal skills including public presentation proficiency and ability to earn trust and credibility with senior dealer management teams
+ Knowledge of CRM management, digital marketing channels and tools
+ The proven ability to effectively work with all hierarchy levels and influence others internally and externally to ensure relentless execution
