Join our team, where your ideas and ambition help us better support our customers and shape GoTo’s future. **Your Day to Day** **As a** **sales Enablement Specialist , you would be working on:** + Design and deliver live and virtual coaching sessions focused on outbound strategies, best practices, and conversion tactics. + Create onboarding and ongoing training for essential sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, SalesLoft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. + Develop and deploy messaging frameworks, objection-handling guides, and roleplay workshops to improve BDR call and email quality. + Collaborate with Product and Training teams to ensure BDRs are confident in communicating GoTo’s value proposition and current with new releases. + Partner with Sales Operations to review BDR performance data, identify gaps, and prioritize enablement efforts to drive a qualified pipeline **What We’re Looking For** **As a sales Enablement Specialist , your background will look like:** + Experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or similar roles supporting sales teams and/or BDRs. Related experience also valued. + Expertise in facilitating virtual instructor-led training (VILT) and/or live workshops for diverse audiences. + Strong knowledge of modern sales engagement platforms and prospecting tools. + Excellent communication, presentation, and enablement content creation skills. + Collaborative mindset with the ability to work inclusively across teams and stakeholders. + Comfortable working with sales data, metrics, and KPIs. + Experience in SaaS or technology sales is a plus. **What We Offer** At GoTo, we believe in supporting our employees with a comprehensive range of benefits designed to fit your life—at work and beyond.
