Sales Enablement Business Partner
Insight Global
Job Description
We are seeking a versatile and agile Enablement Business Partner to join our Sales Growth & Enablement team on a 6-month contract. This role is designed for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and can flex across multiple programs and priorities to support the broader sales organization.
The Enablement Business Partner will work across all segments and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including product marketing, revenue operations, sales managers, product delivery and instructional design—to execute enablement initiatives that drive seller effectiveness and business outcomes. This is a hands-on role for someone who can jump in wherever needed, contribute to strategic planning, and help execute with speed and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a trusted partner to the entire sales organization, not limited to a specific segment. Be flexible and responsive to evolving business needs and priorities.
• Support the execution of onboarding, everboarding, product training, and other enablement programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and seller performance.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to shape eLearning approaches and delivery strategies. While not responsible for content creation, you will help define learning objectives and structure.
• Partner with SMEs across the business (e.g., product marketing, revenue operations, brand & content) to ensure enablement programs are relevant, timely, and impactful.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with a focus on alignment, overcommunication, and influence—helping stakeholders understand and support enablement priorities.
• Communicate transparently with leadership on what’s working, what’s not, and where improvements can be made. Be comfortable with iteration and imperfection.
• Ensure training materials are organized and accessible via Highspot and other enablement platforms. Collaborate with peers to maintain a consistent seller experience.
• Monitor performance data to assess program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
