What You Can Expect
The Sales Enablement Analyst is responsible for the integrity, coordination, and execution of all data activities for US Orthopedics product group and Canada, serving as the go-to person for the Field Sales users. This person processes and supports sales alignment changes and supports monthly/annual sales target setting and refinements. The Sales Enablement Analyst partners with IT, Finance and the product vendor on testing, enhancements, and troubleshooting. This person reports to the Sales Enablement Manager within the Corporate Sales Operations department.
How You'll Create Impact Supports the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and management of data and the field sales alignment structure in compliance with business standards and proceduresAssists with training and ongoing support to field sales leadership and administratorsCoordinating and executing data creation and sales entity alignments, updates, and analysis using various systems including but not limited to MDG, Salesforce.com, and SAPMonitoring data accuracy, validity, and completeness and correct as requiredEngaging and leveraging vendor regarding problem resolution, process improvement and system enhancementActing as a key contact for problem resolution and initiate data corrective actions based on performing/reporting data audit analysisAssists with creating and maintaining workflow documentationBuilding and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders including field sales offices, Finance, and leadershipAssisting the field by authoring work instructions, supporting trainings, and providing guidance regarding data processes and sales team alignmentsParticipating in design, testing, training, and support of system enhancementsIdentifying and assisting in implementing improvementsUndertaking various data and Territory alignment projects as directed by the ManagerThis is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions and might not necessarily comprise all of the essential functions for purposes of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
