Assist Sales Applications Engineers with administrative tasks to expedite creation and dissemination of RFQ responses to Commercial Sales Offices\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0Prepares transition documents and communicates project readiness for assignment to operations team.\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0Documents work by maintaining files for each job.\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0Uses a variety of computer programs including Microsoft Office products, Trane selection and pricing programs, and specialty vendor programs (Salesforce.com) .\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0Assists with CSO Account Manager follow up communications regarding pending or active jobs\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0Develop understanding of TCS quotes \u2013 types of custom work, hours/labor rates, material costs etc. Use knowledge to manage updates of quote templates as rates, hours and margins revised.\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0Enter quotes into CRM management tool (i.e.: Salesforce.com).\u00A0\u00A0Maintain updates through quote process to active job status.\u00A0\u00A0Other updates as required\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0Run regular reporting to track SAE progress (e.g.: bookings)\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0Ability to learn basic engineering technical concepts to assist with running on-line performance data as back- up/additional information for RFQs

Assist Custom Solutions Product Manager with administrative and research tasks to improve division strategies and support marketing tactics

\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0Run regular reporting to track Custom Projects progress (i.e.: RFQ by month, Avg Value/Quote, Market Penetration)\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0Collect current Competitor research from Trane Commercial product teams and file in Sharepoint\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0Assist with creation of presentations to knowledge share and engage key colleagues within the Commercial Sales Offices (multiple monthly sales engagement meetings)\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0Work with Product Manager to schedule virtual and face-to-face meetings and develop messaging/content; co-ordinate the Sales Application Engineers (SAE) schedule to develop travel schedules by quarter.\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0Conduct analysis using internal data (Power BI/OBI) to monitor monthly progress vs. monthly and annual goals and CSO office behaviors/trends when quoting custom jobs.\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0Works to consistently meet and exceed customer requirements\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0Continuously strives for operational excellence and continuous improvement\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0Associate\u2019s Degree required; Bachelor\u2019s Degree preferred. (Recent graduate with 4-year degree in Engineering or HVAC sciences ideal)\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A02-4 years of experience in customer service, inside and/or outside sales, preferably in an industrial environment.\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
