Job Description

The Sales Director leads all revenue-generating functions, driving business growth through strategic sales leadership, market development, and customer relationship management. This role oversees all regional markets, including the launch and operation of regional storefronts for direct sales of traffic safety equipment and supplies. The Sales Director shapes go-to-market strategies, optimizes the performance of the sales organization, and ensures the company maintains a competitive edge in the traffic safety and construction supply industry.

ResponsibilitiesLead and manage revenue-generating functions to drive business growth.Oversee regional markets and launch and operate storefronts for direct sales.Shape go-to-market strategies to enhance market presence.Optimize sales organization performance.Ensure competitive edge in the traffic safety and construction supply industry.Essential SkillsProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals in multi-state or regional markets.Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Ability to inspire, coach, and hold the sales team accountable to high standards of performance.Anticipates market trends and aligns sales strategies with business goals.Cultivates long-term, “win-win” partnerships with clients and stakeholders.Understands profitability, competitive positioning, and market dynamics.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; equivalent combination of education and industry experience considered.Minimum 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in construction, industrial equipment, or traffic control products.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM preferred.Work Environment

The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, focusing on driving sales and business growth within the traffic safety and construction supply industry. The role involves strategic planning, market analysis, and direct interaction with clients and stakeholders. The dress code is professional.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Charlotte, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $175000.00/yr.

Subject to eligibility requirements, employee may participate in the Company’s benefits plans as described in the benefits summary that was discussed during the interview process. To review, employee is eligible for the following:

• Medical, Dental and Vision benefits will be available and 100% Company paid. (Eligible after 60 days)\n
• 401K Plan with Company match. Open enrollments are January and July each calendar year. (Eligible after one year)\n
• Paid Time Off\no 10 days or 80 hours for balance of 2025.\no 20 days or 160 hours starting January 1st, 2026.\n
• 6 paid holidays
