Job Summary
We are seeking a highly accomplished and results-driven Sales Director to lead the sales function for a leading real estate developer in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in off-plan sales, experience managing high-performing teams, and the ability to drive revenue growth across multiple projects and locations.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of achieving ambitious sales targets, developing and executing sales strategies, and fostering relationships with brokers, clients, and internal stakeholders. The Sales Director will oversee day-to-day sales operations, mentor a team of sales managers and executives, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Leadership
Develop and implement sales strategies for off-plan and ready properties across multiple UAE projects Drive revenue growth by setting and achieving sales targets, pipeline management, and optimizing sales performance Lead the planning and execution of project launches, exhibitions, and promotional campaignsTeam Management & Leadership
Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team of 8–10 members, including sales managers and executives Conduct regular performance reviews, training sessions, and motivation initiatives to ensure team excellence Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance within the sales functionClient & Broker Engagement
Develop strong relationships with brokers, investors, and high-net-worth clients Ensure top-level client engagement, handle escalations, and support high-value deal closures Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategyOperational Excellence
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and CRM data for executive review Ensure compliance with internal sales processes, contractual obligations, and UAE real estate regulations Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of projectsPerformance & Growth
Achieve consistent off-plan sales targets across multiple developments Design and implement incentive schemes and variable pay structures aligned with performance goals Support senior leadership in identifying business growth opportunities and market expansion
Mandatory Candidate Requirements
Industry & Leadership Experience: 5–8 years in real estate sales with a proven leadership record Developer Profile: Hands-on experience in developer-led sales teams is mandatory Language Skills: Fluency in Russian, Persian, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, or Hebrew Team Management: Experience managing teams of 8–10 members Sales Performance: Strong track record in off-plan sales onlyWhy Join Us
