Our client is an EU Producer of aromatized wines, sparkling wines, RTD drinks, and spirits: Gin, Rum, vodka, and Herbal liqueur. Their company is fast growing and internationally awarded.
This is rather a start-up opportunity in Romania, acquiring and growing a local spirits producer brand into an international one.
This role is new in the company and its of a real HUNTER profile that can get into aggressive new business launch within the Retail chains (IKA) of the major players in Romania.
A combination of TT & HORECA is also a desirable experience for this sales director role.
Key responsibilities
Main task is to set up the IKA channels, starting from Transilvania eventually but in any case, continues over the entire country To grow some existing clients portfolio Able to foresee and to plan for a sales team (hire / develop) along the business growing; a KAM role is already open etcCandidate Requirements
