As a senior leader, you will influence the overall direction and priorities of Emerson in the region, fostering collaboration and delivering strong results in a fast paced, complex environment. **Let's Go, together!** We offer a dynamic environment where individual contributions and inventions are valued and provide opportunities for training and self-development. **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + **Leadership & Team Management:** Lead and develop the Project Sales and OEM Sales teams to meet or exceed annual booking targets across all Business Units + **Project Pursuit & OEM Business Oversight:** Serve as pursuit leader for key projects and allocate other projects appropriately across the team including key projects across different industries including Energy, Life Science, Power, Mining and S&D (Sustainability and Decarbonisation), to name a few. + **Customer & Partner Engagement:** Build and maintain high-level business relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers to drive growth. Collaborate with customers and Emerson Business Units to deliver value-driven solutions using Emerson’s differentiators, including Industrial Software and Life Cycle Services. + **Collaboration & Cross-Business Alignment:** Work closely with European peers and internal leaders to share standard processes, track market trends, and ensure excellent sales support. Work with Emerson’s Nordics management and Business Unit leaders to establish qualification criteria for project and OEM opportunities. **Who You Are:** You thrive in engaging situations that require high-energy and high-performance.
